Y’z Dock is a freeware application, which helps your Windows OS to have a MAC OS look-alike taskbar. Due to the proprietary issues from Apple, the application is no longer being developed, but still has a large user-base due to its uniqueness & somewhat the ability to replicate the MAC OS taskbar.

Being a close replica of the Macintosh taskbar, it does allow you to drag & drop items on it to create the “dock” effect, however, the clock and trash bin have not been added the way they are in the Mac dock.
