Released very recently, the second version (2.1.0) of LockItTight security & monitoring software is gaining positive reviews as for the accurate remote monitoring it can perform.

Available for free to download, LockItTight can be installed after you sign up (free) with lockittight.com. The LockItTight client sends reports to the server after a certain interval about the location and other aspects of your computer.

LockIttight is a magnificent tool for corporations to keep a track and monitor each system while not physically monitoring it. Apart from the physical location of the computer, it can capture the computer screen (screen barging) and live webcam if connected to the PC. For laptop owners, LockItTight could be a real relief, as no matter where the laptop goes after being stolen, once it is connected to the internet, LockItTight server can locate it.
