MhotSpot is a free software that does not require installation and can turn your WiFi enabled device into a virtual WiFi hotspot.

You would then be able to connect and share with a number of other devices through the WiFi internet connection, such as laptops, smartphones, PDA’s, Tablet-PCs game consoles and more. Overall, a nice software for a little convenience and saving a couple of hundred dolars byuing a WiFi router.
